Account & Subscription Support

Contact Us

For account, payment, or connection issues, contact VPNZS through a support ticket in the customer portal. View your issue details, add information, and read replies all in one place.

Contact Options

Support tickets are best for issues that require checking your account or order, as well as connection problems, billing questions, and refund requests. Sign in to the customer portal, open the ticket section, describe the issue, and submit it.

No support email address or Telegram account is listed on this site. The support ticket portal is the available contact channel; access it through a link on this site.

Replies & Status

After submitting a ticket, return to the customer portal to check its status and read replies. If you need to add screenshots or details, reply to the original ticket to keep the full context together.

Handling time depends on the issue, whether all necessary information is provided, and the current queue. No fixed response time is published; follow the updates in your ticket. A successful submission does not mean the issue has been resolved.

Keep follow-ups about the same issue in the original ticket. Submit a separate ticket for a new, unrelated issue.

What to Include in Your Ticket

Start by explaining what you were doing, where the problem occurred, and what help you need. A reproducible description is more useful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.” Remove sensitive account details from screenshots.

Do not paste passwords, access tokens, or full subscription links into a ticket. These details are not needed for a standard support request.

Connection & Setup Help

If you haven’t finished setting up your client, follow the getting-started guide to check the steps. For an error or billing question, check the Help Center first, then describe any unresolved issue in a support ticket.

Plans & Policies

For full prices and billing details, compare monthly subscriptions and data add-ons on the plans page. Refer to the relevant policy for service-use limits, data handling, or refund requests.
