Service Scope

VPNZS provides access to international routes, subscription management, and client setup resources, with coverage across 120+ countries and 250+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The available routes and access details are listed in the user panel and may change due to maintenance, network adjustments, or changes to destination services.

The service is intended to optimize cross-border connections. It does not replace account credentials, authorization, or payment eligibility required by destination websites. Third-party platforms set their own access rules, and route coverage does not guarantee continued access to any particular platform. Quantum encryption is a security description of the service and does not remove your responsibility to protect your accounts, devices, and accessed content.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login and subscription details secure, and take responsibility for activity you authorize. If you discover that someone else has accessed your account or that subscription details have been exposed, change your password promptly and report the issue through a panel ticket. Do not post subscription details on public pages.

The service allows simultaneous connections on unlimited devices. This describes the device limit only and does not grant permission to resell or share access with others. You may not sell, rent, or transfer an account or subscription; use a subscription to provide commercial access to others; or share login credentials or subscription details with other independent users.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Choose a billing option based on your needs, and check the plan, balance, and order details shown in the panel before proceeding. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any regions relevant to your use, as well as the rules of destination websites, apps, and content platforms. You may not use the service for fraud, distributing unlawful content, infringing intellectual property, stealing data, or violating others' legal rights.

Unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, network attacks, spam, and other activities that disrupt the normal operation of networks or devices are prohibited. Do not interfere with the service or other users through abnormal requests or abusive automated tasks. Network acceleration does not authorize unlawful activity.

Availability and Limitation of Responsibility

Connection quality depends on your local network, device settings, carrier routes, destination platforms, and maintenance work. VPNZS does not guarantee a particular speed or latency, or uninterrupted connections, and a past connection result does not guarantee future performance. If you experience an issue, consult the help center first, then submit a report with specific details.

Access issues caused by changes to third-party platforms, incorrect user settings, or events reasonably outside the service's control should be addressed according to their actual cause. Back up important information, and do not rely on a single network connection as the sole safeguard for critical business operations. These terms do not exclude responsibilities that cannot be waived by law or affect rights expressly granted under the refund policy.

Account Restrictions and Termination

If you use the service unlawfully, resell an account, share access externally, carry out malicious attacks, or otherwise seriously violate these terms, VPNZS may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate the account, depending on the circumstances. To prevent further risk, access may be suspended before the conduct and your explanation are reviewed.

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, explain the situation and provide relevant activity records through a panel ticket. Do not send your password or complete subscription details during the review. Restrictions and termination should be proportionate to the violation. Order and refund disputes are handled under the refund policy and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Questions

VPNZS may update these terms in response to service changes, compliance requirements, or improvements to usage rules. The month of the update will be shown on this page. Significant changes affecting users' main rights or obligations will be explained through site announcements or notices in the user panel. Unpublished rules will not be applied retroactively to prior normal use.

If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and ask through a panel ticket how it affects an uncompleted order or current subscription. For privacy matters, see the privacy policy.
