Refund Policy
This policy explains refund eligibility and how to request a refund for VPNZS subscription services. Before paying, review the plan details and Terms of Service. If you have questions about an order or payment record, you can verify the details through a ticket in the user panel.
Refund Window and Scope
You can request a full refund within 60 days of your first payment, no reason required. You do not need to prove that you were dissatisfied with the service, and troubleshooting does not need to be completed first. The refund window is based on the date of your account's first successful payment—not the date you installed a client, first connected, or submitted an inquiry.
Requests for monthly subscriptions and data packages must be linked to the specific paid order. Renewals, upgrades, and subsequent purchases do not restart the refund window for the first payment. If your request involves multiple orders, list each one in the ticket so VPNZS can check the payment records and explain the outcome. Data packages do not expire, but that does not mean the refund window remains open indefinitely.
Eligible and Ineligible Requests
Requests made within the refund window can be handled under the commitment above for reasons such as route performance, device compatibility, changing needs, or other personal circumstances. Using some of your data does not by itself remove your refund eligibility. This policy does not impose an unpublished deduction based on data usage.
Requests made after the refund window fall outside the commitment above. An order that was not successfully paid, was canceled, or has already been refunded has no payment remaining to refund. If an order shows unusually high usage, the account may have violated the Terms of Service, or payment ownership is disputed, the relevant records must first be verified. These circumstances alone do not automatically mean a refund will be denied. If further verification is needed, the ticket will explain the concern, the information required, and the basis for the review.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, and clearly state that you are requesting a refund. Include the order number, payment date and time, payment method, and amount paid. List each order separately if there is more than one so the relevant payments can be identified. You may provide a reason for the request, but it is not required for a no-questions-asked refund.
Keep the merchant order number or transaction ID as proof of payment, and redact personal information that is not needed for verification. Do not submit your account password, full payment credentials, or wallet private key in a ticket. VPNZS will check the account and order, then reply in the original ticket. If more information is needed, add it to that ticket to avoid scattering the records across duplicate requests. If you cannot sign in, use the user panel login page to resolve account access issues first.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
Refunds are generally returned through the original payment channel. Alipay and WeChat Pay orders are verified against their respective transaction records. The actual return route and status depend on the payment channel. If the original channel cannot process the refund, the reason and next steps must be confirmed in a ticket. You will not be asked to make another payment to receive a refund.
USDT transfers use a different refund mechanism from Alipay and WeChat Pay, so the same reversal process cannot be assumed. Include a verifiable transaction ID with your request. If the receiving network and address need to be confirmed, follow the verification result in the ticket. Any handling involving the return currency, amount, or network fees must be explained and confirmed first; no exchange rate or fee amount is assumed here.
Refund Status and Disputes
Request verification, refund processing, and the funds arriving are separate steps. The arrival time depends on order verification and payment-channel processing, so this policy does not promise a fixed number of days. The ticket will provide a status update. After you receive confirmation that the refund has been processed, check the original payment account or the confirmed receiving record.
If the funds have not arrived, add the order number and the payment channel's status information to the original ticket, and VPNZS will check the refund status. If you disagree with the verification result, you can submit relevant evidence in the same ticket and request a review. Once the refund is complete, the service benefits associated with the order will be adjusted accordingly. Save any order records you need beforehand. For information about handling other account details, see the Privacy Policy.
